Which system is available now?
FilamentLab 2K is the current flagship. DryStore is a companion storage line. PelletLab G20 is in development.
What is the minimum FilamentLab trial?
The confirmed minimum trial batch is approximately 20 g. Discuss the material and useful sample quantity for your evaluation.
Can I use powder or crushed feedstock?
FilamentLab 2K supports pellets, powders and crushed/recycled feedstock and includes an anti-bridging feeding mechanism.
Is there a warranty and training?
A one-year warranty, remote technical guidance and training are available. Equipment is packed in a wooden crate.
Does a material listing guarantee a result?
No. Formulation, viscosity, moisture condition, temperature and pulling conditions affect the trial. Discuss the exact grade and intended result.
How do I request a proposal?
Use the inquiry form with your material, application, capacity and power requirements. Your request is sent to our sales mailbox. The form confirms acceptance by the email service and provides a reference; if delivery is unavailable, you can download a copy and contact us directly.
