ABOUT KNW

Make room for
material innovation.

Desktop equipment. Connected workflows. A clear starting point for your next material trial.

WHO WE ARE

A practical connection
between ideas and equipment.

KNW Material Lab is the materials-development equipment range of KUNWU Technology Co., Ltd., based in Changsha, China.

We bring desktop filament extrusion and complementary material-handling equipment into one focused range for universities, research laboratories and material developers. We work with equipment partners to connect an application brief with the system and configuration it needs.

Our starting point is your material: what you want to explore, how much you need to process and how you will evaluate the result. That conversation helps turn a broad equipment search into a useful technical and commercial proposal.

WHAT WE BRING TO YOUR LAB

Build around the
development process.

Connect the stages you need, from a first formulation to a sample ready for evaluation.

Filament development

FilamentLab 2K supports small-batch extrusion work with a split-design desktop system. Discuss feedstock, trial quantity and target filament requirements.

Explore a material brief through documented trials, with preparation, extrusion and evaluation considered together.

Filament developers

Discuss custom filament concepts, small trial batches and the next questions to answer before increasing scale.

HOW WE WORK

Start with the application.
Define the next step.

Our aim is to make equipment discussions useful to the people doing the development work.

  1. Understand the brief

Tell us the material grade, feedstock form, intended sample and evaluation goal.

  2. Review the configuration

Discuss capacity, handling, power, storage and the technical information needed for a decision.

  3. Prepare the proposal

Connect the agreed requirements with equipment selection, commercial details and the next support steps.
